You get named products, not categories.
The plan says which platform, which model, which telephony, and what it costs per minute at your volume. Not "consider a best-of-breed vendor".

The part most builds get wrong
Three things changed, and a lot of agents built before them are now on the wrong side of the line.
Europe
The EU AI Act’s transparency duties have applied since 2 August 2026. If your agent talks to a person, it has to say it is an AI. Penalties run to the higher of EUR 15 million or 3% of worldwide turnover.
United States
The FCC confirmed in February 2024 that AI-generated voices count as artificial under the TCPA. Statutory damages are $500 per call, trebled to $1,500 for willful violations, with no cap. Several states also require every party on the call to consent to recording, and Florida treats getting that wrong as a felony.
UAE
Cabinet Resolution 56 of 2024 governs phone marketing regardless of whether a human or a machine is dialling: prior approval, a 9am to 6pm window, consent before pitching, and Do-Not-Call screening.

Not for you if
- You want us to build the agent. That is a build, it is $2,000, and it is cheaper than this plus your own developer time.
- You are still deciding whether to use AI at all. That is a different conversation and we are not the right people for it.
- You want an outbound cold-calling agent. We do not build them and we will not plan one.
- You want somebody to sit in your standups. That is a fractional hire, not this.
Questions
Do you need access to our systems?
No. You show us on a screen share, or you describe the plan. Nothing gets connected and no credentials change hands.
What if we have built nothing yet?
Fine, and honestly cheaper. The Blueprint is worth more before you have spent three months on the wrong architecture than after.
Do you work with our platform?
Vapi, Retell, Synthflow, ElevenLabs, Twilio, n8n, Make, and the major CRMs and calendars. If yours is not on that list, say so before booking and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Is this legal advice?
No. We are builders, not lawyers. We tell you what the rules require in practice and what to ask your counsel. Anything material goes to them.
Can you do it in Arabic?
Yes, and the Gulf-dialect quality problem is worth an hour on its own. Most platforms treat Arabic as one language and it shows.
What timezone are you in?
Dubai. We hold slots that work for European mornings and American mornings. Pick whichever appears in the calendar — it shows times in your own timezone.
What if the call is not useful?
Tell us within 48 hours and we refund it. It has happened rarely enough that the policy is easy to offer, and it should be.
Can we just hire you to build it?
Yes, and for most people that is the better deal. $2,000 for a calling agent, live in about ten days.
