Why this exists
The job goes to whoever answers first.
Nearly every business has the same leak, and almost none of them call it a leak. They call it a lead problem.
It is not. The leads are already there. They were paid for, through a listing, an ad, a portal, a referral. What is missing is someone free at 9pm on a Tuesday when one of those leads finally messages.

Three rules that cost work.
The agent always says it is an AI.
On every call, in every first message. It is law in Europe from August 2026 and it is the right call everywhere else. People who are told still book. Anyone whose agent passes as human is selling you a future complaint.
No cold-callers, at any price.
Outbound AI calling to bought lists needs prior written consent in the US, and consent rules apply in the UAE and EU too. Ravinaro builds agents that answer people who already made contact. That is where the money is anyway, and it is the version that does not end in a fine.
No hand-over-and-disappear.
An agent left alone stops working within two months: the calendar moves, a channel breaks, the phrasing ages, and everyone blames the AI. So it stays monitored. Taking it in-house later is a documented handover, not a negotiation, and there is no exit fee.

You talk to whoever built it
No account manager and no ticket number. The person who writes your agent is the person who replies when you write back, usually within a few hours, between 9am and 11pm Dubai time.
You approve it before it goes live
Days 6 to 9 you call your own agent and message it yourself. Nothing takes a real customer call until you have tried to break it and said you are happy.
Breakage gets found before you find it
Monitoring runs on every agent whether anyone is sitting at a desk or not. Most of the time the fix lands before the client notices. When it does not, you get told what happened rather than pointed at a status page.
Builds are taken in a limited number
Running an agent properly puts a ceiling on how many can run at once. When that ceiling is reached you get told, and given a date, rather than taking the money and slipping the build.
