Terms of Service

By engaging Ravinaro’s services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all services including Websites & Funnels, App Development, Automation & AI, UGC & AI Influencer, AI Video & Ads, SEO & Organic Growth, and 3D & Immersive Product Visuals.

All projects are scoped based on the package selected during booking. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in your booking confirmation.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking confirmation. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

One-time payments are charged in full upon booking confirmation. Monthly add-ons (such as hosting bundles) are billed monthly starting from the launch date.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or cancellation, contact customers@ravinaro.com within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables including code, designs, content, and assets created specifically for your project. Ravinaro retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio and case studies.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Scope changes requested after project kickoff may result in timeline adjustments and additional costs. All scope changes must be approved in writing.

Ravinaro provides services "as is" and makes no warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in the project scope. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We guarantee that deliverables will function as specified in the project scope. Bugs and issues discovered within 30 days of launch will be fixed at no additional cost.
