Care plan

What is a care plan, and why is it not optional?

What does the care plan cover?

Monitoring, tuning, and a monthly report. We watch the agent handle real calls, fix what drifts, extend what works, and send you a summary of calls and chats answered, leads qualified, and appointments booked.

It starts the day the agent goes live and runs at the tier matching your build.

Why can't I just take it and run it myself?

You can, and we will document everything and hand it over. What we will not do is pretend that agents handed over cold keep working, because they do not. They stop working within about two months.

The reasons are mundane. The calendar changes. A channel breaks. The wording goes stale because you added a service. Nobody notices, because the agent fails quietly — it keeps answering, just with last quarter's information — and then everyone blames the AI.

What is not covered?

A new agent is a new build, not a care plan change. Custom automations are quoted separately, one workflow at a time. Telephony minutes, number rental and WhatsApp fees pass through at cost.

Publishing that boundary is deliberate. An unbounded retainer against a small team's capacity is how support quality collapses for everyone on it.

Can I cancel?

The first 90 days are committed. After that it runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. There is no exit fee.

On cancellation the agent stops being monitored and tuned, the workflows are documented and handed to you, and your number and data remain yours. Nothing is held hostage.
