Florida requires all-party consent to record. How does that work?

Every agent announces at the start of every call that it is an AI and that the call is recorded, before anything worth recording is said. Florida is an all-party consent state under Fla. Stat. § 934.03, so this is not configurable and we will not remove it on request. This is general orientation, not legal advice.

Can it make outbound calls to my lead list?

No, and we will not build that. Outbound AI calling generally needs prior express written consent under the TCPA, and Florida's own FTSA adds to it. We only build agents that answer people who contacted you.

What happens during hurricane season?
