Day 7: keep it or it stops
You get a short report: messages handled, bookings made, and messages answered after hours. Keep it and we move it to your number. If you don’t reply, it stops. No charge either way.
After the pilot: AED 2,950 one-time setup + AED 790 a month.
Meta's own fees for broadcast messages are billed to your card by Meta.
Questions owners ask
Does it really reply well in Arabic?
Yes. It answers in Arabic or English, in the language the customer writes in, including mixed Arabic and English. Before it goes live you read and approve its answers to your top questions.
What happens to my WhatsApp number?
Nothing during the pilot. It runs on our demo number with your questions and prices, so your phone, number and chat history stay exactly as they are. If you keep it, we connect it to your WhatsApp Business number after you approve.
What does it cost after the 7 days?
Nothing unless you decide to keep it. If you keep it, it is AED 2,950 one-time setup plus AED 790 a month. If you do not reply on day 7, it switches off and you pay nothing.
Are there other fees?
Meta charges WhatsApp message fees on business accounts. They are billed by Meta at cost to your own card, with no markup from us.
What if a customer asks something it does not know?
It hands the chat to you instead of guessing, and tells the customer a person will reply. It also says it is an AI assistant.
Can I switch it off?
Yes, in one minute, at any time. Just message us.
Your data
Where it is stored
On Ravinaro’s own systems on Cloudflare, encrypted at rest. It can be processed in the UAE, the US and the EU, as our privacy policy sets out.
Who can see it
You and your team. Ravinaro staff only to set up, test and support your agent. The AI providers that process messages may not use them to train their models.
When you leave
Ask and we export your conversations for you, then delete them and confirm in writing. A data processing agreement is available from legal@ravinaro.com.
